Selangor Dredging, a Malaysian developer, recently worked on a freehold development known as Jui Residences. The land used for development was provided by Tiara Land, a unit of Champsworth Development. Selangor Dredging however acquired the land after a bid of $47 million. The land will also require an additional amount of $22.6 million to change it from an industrial zone to residential. It was formerly the National Aerated Water Company known for soda drinks like Sinalco and was shut down in the 1990s. The land has a potential of about 117 units which is quite substantial.
